Traffic Offenses

Although you think you may not need an attorney for a traffic ticket like speeding or going through a stop sign, you could end up losing your license! Not only do certain citations carry license loss, like speeding, operating without evidence of insurance and aggressive driving which all have mandatory license loss provisions, depending on the number of violations you have during a certain period of time, you may be considered a habitual offender and subject to hefty fines and lengthy license loss.

Multiple offenses or the "Colin Foote Law” applies to only certain types of moving violations, but if you have 4 separate moving violations within an 18 month period you may lose your license for 1 to 2 years. Making sure you have an attorney to fight these traffic tickets is important so you don't qualify for this Colin Foote Law, and if you do qualify you will want someone to fight for you!
