There is an entrance to the Courthouse on Benefit Street as well as on South Main Street for Superior Court. There is no parking so only street parking is available for both District and Superior Courts. There are bus stops out front of the courthouses.

It is important to remember that Cranston, Lincoln, Cumberland, Johnston, Foster, Glocester, Smithfield and North Smithfield District Court cases go to Kent County. If you are charged by the RI State Police the location of your court case will depend on where the offense took place .
